From Brunswick Canada, Los Cabos Drumsticks manufactures drumsticks products in three different wood types; White Hickory, Maple, and their very own Red Hickory, which are among the most durable drumsticks on the market today.
Los Cabos carry a concise and complete line of drumsticks and percussion tools that cater to all genres of music. From the usual suspects 5A, 5B, 7A and 2B models, to our more specific Jazz, Rock, Swing and Jive models.
Every dowel is hand inspected to ensure that the grain is straight and free of outer defects; only then does it make it to their lathes to be turned into a Los Cabos Drumstick.
White Hickory is the sapwood of the hickory tree and is well known for its shock absorption and consistency.
Red Hickory is the dense heartwood of the hickory tree, and with density comes extra durability for long lasting drumsticks.
Maple, while still a hardwood, is a very lightweight, responsive wood that provides a bright sound and fast attack, creating fluidity on the drum kit.
