Masterclasses are the centrepiece of our room. Extended, hands-on sessions where world-class drummers break down their playing, their thinking and their approach in real time. Last year we welcomed Sam Jones (Nubya Garcia, Obongjayar), Rob Brian (Siouxsie Sioux, Simple Minds), Steve White (Paul Weller, The Style Council) and Rick Jupp (Elbow). Our room hosts intimate, in-person interviews with drummers performing on the main stage across the weekend. These are sit-down conversations covering career, craft, gear and the stories behind the kit, with space for audience members to ask questions as well.
