Q: What do the VIP tickets include?

A: The VIP tickets include general admission to the show, a VIP lanyard which contain a pair of ACS earplugs, a pair of Chad Smith Vater drumsticks and priority queuing to all Main Stage performances.

Q: Do I need to purchase Main Stage tickets to see artist performances?

A: Main Stage tickets are not needed to see artist performances. Main Stage artist tickets give you priority queuing.

Q: Where does the UK Drum Show take place?

A: The UK Drum Show takes place at the ACC Liverpool. The full address is the ACC Liverpool, King’s Dock, Port of Liverpool, King’s Dock Street, Liverpool, L3 4FP

Q: Are tickets for the UK Drum Show available at the venue?

A: Tickets can be purchased on the day of the show, at the Ticket Quarter booth opposite the venue’s entrance.

Q: Where can I buy UK Drum Show merchandise?

A: UK Drum Show merchandise is available for pre-order at The UK Drum Show Shop.

Q: Is re-entry allowed throughout the weekend?

A: You are allowed to exit and re-enter the show once you have collected your UK Drum Show wristband. You will not need to requeue, but you will need to ensure your wristband is visible to security and our reception team.

Q: Who can access the show for free?

A: Children under the age of 8 and carers can enter the show for free. Carers will need to bring the relevant documentation to prove they are caring for the ticket-holding guest.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: Unfortunately, refunds are not available, unless for ticket upgrade.

Q: How can I become an exhibitor at the UK Drum Show?

A: To enquire about exhibiting at the event, please fill in our exhibitor form at the bottom of the exhibitor page: Exhibitors – The UK Drum Show – The best drum brands under one roof!

Q: Are food and drinks available at the show?

A: Catering is available on site at the UK Drum Show.

Q: Is there a quiet period at the show?

A: In the exhibition hall, there will be 45 minutes of quiet time and 15 minutes of playing. During the quiet period, electronic kits are allowed to be played with headphones.

Q: Do I have to pay to attend the clinic rooms?

A: You do not have to pay to attend our clinic rooms, as they work on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: Is there a cut-off time for online ticket purchases?

A: The online tickets are only available until the day before the show.

Q: Can I film performances?

A: Unless the artists say otherwise, you can film performances for personal use, but you cannot, unless given explicit permission, film the performances for professional use.

Q: How do I apply for a press pass?

A: To apply for a press pass, email organiser@theukdrumshow.com

Q: Are there baby-changing facilities?

A: Yes, the ACC Liverpool provides baby changing facilities.

Q: Is the venue pet-friendly?

A: Unfortunately, the venue can only allow assistance animals.

Q: What happens if I lose my ticket?

A: Contact organiser@theukdrumshow.com, or if on the day, go to our reception, provide the email address used at the time of purchase, and we can reissue your ticket.

Q: Will the show performances be filmed/live-streamed?

A: Whilst our team will be filming different performances throughout the day, we cannot guarantee certain performances will be recorded.

Q: Is there hearing protection available?

A: You are welcome to bring your own ear protection, but basic earplugs will be available at the show reception.

Q: How do I apply for Main Stage Mini?

A: To apply for Main Stage Mini, you will need to send both a small biography and video of yourself playing the drums to media@theukdrumshow.com

Q: Can I bring items to be autographed?

A: You are welcome to bring items to be signed, but you would need to bring a receipt to prove proof of purchase. If you are wanting signatures, but are unsure of what to bring, show programmes are available at reception for free.

Q: Is there parking at the venue?

A: ACC Liverpool offers on-site parking at the Kings Dock Car Park, which is adjacent to the venue. For further details, including prices, feel free to check out the Parkopedia website: Kings Dock – Car Park

Q: Is the show accessible for a wheelchair user?

A: The venue is accessible for wheelchair users throughout, with wide corridors, lifts, accessible seating and toilets.

Q: Is there a cloakroom available at the show?

A: There is a cloakroom at the ACC Liverpool but it is subject to availability.

Q: Do I need to print my e-ticket?

A: E-tickets do not need to be printed as the digital version can be used to collect your wristbands.

Q: Is there a mailing list for updates on the event?

Q: Where are artist lineups and schedules announced?

A: Artist updates are shared on our social media platforms and e-shot. Alternatively, check our artist page on the website.

Q: Where do I collect my passes?

A: All passes for the show would need to be collected from the main reception.

Q: Where do I collect my wristbands?

A: Wristbands would need to be collected from our main reception.

Q: What do I do if I’ve lost something at the show?

A: If you have lost something at the show, inform a member of our reception team and we can check the lost property and with the venue team to see if anything has been handed in. Alternatively, if you have left the event and noticed something is missing, contact the venue’s Guest Relation team at 01512396044.
