Black Swamp Percussion heads to the UK and to Manchester for 2018

We are very pleased to welcome Black Swamp Percussion over to The UK Drum Show 2018, who join other new exhibitors for our visitors pleasure September 29 & 30 September at Manchester Central.

Black Swamp Percussion was founded in 1995 by Eric Sooy, who holds a bachelor’s degree in percussion performance and a master’s degree in ethnomusicology from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. As an official business, it was a continuation of Eric’s lifelong hobby of instrument building and restoration going back to the late 1970’s.

The early focus was in concert and orchestral percussion like tambourines, triangles, mallets, and castanets. Since then, the product range has expanded considerably to many other types of innovative concert instruments and accessories, as well as concert snare drums and the drumset style Dynamicx branded snare drums. “Our focus has, and always will be, customer satisfaction by providing the highest quality products backed by unrivaled customer service”.

Black Swamp and Dynamicx products are sold worldwide through a network of finer dealers and distributors.
