Biography

As a member of Porcupine Tree since 2002, a member of King Crimson since 2008, and a member of The Pineapple Thief since 2016, Gavin has performed and recorded with many artists in his long professional career.

Including Level 42, Iggy Pop, Sam Brown, Paul Young, Lisa Stansfield. He was invited to play a drum solo on the David Letterman Show, he has been the featured cover story of Modern Drummer Magazine three times and awarded the Modern Drummer best Progressive Drummer of the Year six times.

He has won the Prog Magazine readers poll for Best Progressive Drummer nine times.
