See Chris on Saturday and Sunday in the Rubix Experience Room
What if better feel isn’t about practising harder but about having command over your physiology?
Professional drummer, performance coach and author Chris Draper explores the connection between physiology, performance and feel, giving you practical tools to perform with greater consistency, control and confidence — even under pressure.
In this interactive Rubix Experience session, Chris will introduce The Headroom Method — how to read your own physiological state and change it in the moment, and how to build the capacity that makes playing feel easier without wasting hours in the practice room.
Chris has 20 years of experience as a professional drummer and is currently the chair holder for Hamilton in London’s West End. He is the author of The Inner Athlete: A Musician’s Guide to Performance Conditioning and has worked as a trainer and performance coach with musicians connected to artists including Elton John, Pulp, Rod Stewart, Hans Zimmer, Ed Sheeran, Michael Bublé, John Legend and Mariah Carey, as well as musicians from major UK orchestras and West End productions.
No sticks required. No practice pad required.
A practical session for drummers of every level — from students to touring professionals.
