Brandon Toews is a drummer, producer, author, and on-camera host best known for his work with Drumeo, the world’s leading online drum education platform. Since 2014, he has created and produced widely viewed music content featuring some of the most influential drummers of all time, including Phil Collins, Travis Barker, Chad Smith, Nicko McBrain, Stewart Copeland, Mike Portnoy, Sleep Token II, and Jonathan “Sugarfoot” Moffett.
As the creator of Drumeo’s Genius Of series, Brandon breaks down, performs, and recreates iconic drum parts from legendary drummers, past and present. He also hosts Drumeo’s Hears For The First Time series, exploring the creative process behind some of the world’s greatest drummers and how they respond to music in real time. As a host and interviewer, Brandon has developed a reputation for creating conversations that explore the stories, techniques, creative decisions, and experiences behind some of the most recognizable drum performances in popular music.
Brandon has performed and taught at international drum festivals and educational camps across Europe and North America, inspiring the next generation of drummers through clinics, masterclasses, and live performances.
