Ash Soan is an award-winning UK session drummer. His professional career has seen him record and play with some of the world’s greatest artists. Including Adele, Cher, Rod Stewart, Seal, Alicia Keys, Tori Amos, Sinead O’Connor, Van Morrison, Dionne Warwick, Celine Dion and Julian Lennon. TV shows and movies include the Voice (7 years as house drummer) 3 Mission Impossible Movies, Terminator Genysis, Kung Fu Panda 3, Young Sherlock 2026 (Amazon Prime) and a release later this year of The Cat In The Hat Movie (2026).

 Ash’s live work includes full tours with Sinead O’Connor, Squeeze, Marianne Faithfull, Del Amitri, Faithless, The Waterboys, Will Young, Belinda Carlilse, Lisa Stansfield, Rick Wakeman, Tom Robinson, Joss Stone, Terry Reid, Tom McRae, Vex Red, MJ Cole, Natasha Bedingfield, Lewis Taylor and Tori Amos.

 Ash is visiting professor at The Royal Northern College Of Music  and a voting member on The Grammy Board.

Currently, ash is touring and recording with Snow Patrol with shows at the Albert Hall and a new studio album later this year. He has recently been collaborating with Ariel Posen, Lastly, he’s in the final stages of finishing the new Rod Stewart studio album.
