Founder Pascal Dowers acquired Heath Place and all assets, a fully fitted Composites manufacturing facility with large Autoclaves and other key machinery, that had £4million invested to create a state of the art facility. 3 key members from the previous company that occupied the site joined Pascal. Between them and the others, they created a new ground breaking composite company in a very short space of time..
