Take part in Trinity College London’s Rock & Pop drumming lessons equipped by Roland, at the UK Drum Show, Manchester 2019!
Performance is at the heart of Trinity’s Rock & Pop Drums exams: whether self-taught or taking lessons, learning for fun or heading for a career in the music industry, these exams will help you develop valuable playing skills and achieve your musical ambitions.
Our Drums song lists feature a huge range of songs spanning all contemporary styles, including ‘No One Knows’ by Queens of the Stone Age, ‘Don’t Wanna Fight’ by Alabama Shakes, ‘Uptown Funk’ by Mark Ronson ft. Bruno Mars, ‘Under The Bridge’ by Red Hot Chili Peppers and ‘Sir Duke’ by Stevie Wonder.
This year Trinity are also delighted to announce that some lessons will be dedicated to the brand new Trinity Drum Kit syllabus due to be released in September 2019!
Whether you’re into Rock and Pop or Classical drums (or both!), there’s a lesson perfect for you. Please follow the guidelines below to make sure you are booking on to the best lesson for you.
Guidelines: ‘Beginner’ would suit Initial – Grade 1. ‘Intermediate’ would suit Grade 2 – 5. ‘Advanced’ would suit drummers who are Grade 6+.
Each lesson is 45 mins duration.
Lesson times for both days:
10:15- 11:00am (Beginner – Rock and Pop)
11:15- 12:00pm (Beginner – Drum Kit)
12:15- 1:00pm (Intermediate – Rock and Pop)
2:15- 3:00pm (Intermediate – Drum Kit)
3:15- 4:00pm (Advanced- Rock and Pop- Saturday, Drum Kit- Sunday)
