Samson Jatto’s instinctive ability to know what’s right for a song has made him the first point of call for many Producers, Musical Directors, and Artists.
His experience spans over two decades having been introduced to the drums in 2001.

By 2010 Samson was recording and touring with Maverick Sabre, this led to prime-time radio and television performances, major festivals, and world tours. The following year, Samson began to work with Jessie Ware and has been touring with her since.

In 2021 Samson got the call to work with DAVE after the release of his number 1 album ‘We’re All Alone in This Together.’ During this period Dave closed out the Brit Awards Ceremony with an explosive performance whilst winning the award for ‘Best Hip Hop/Rap/Grime Act and then went on to sell out an Arena Tour including 2 nights at the iconic London O2.

Other high-profile artists include Nao, Mahalia, Rebecca Ferguson, Will Young, Joss Stone and James Arthur. Every tour and recording session has allowed Samson to keep developing and refining his skill set.

Nowadays Samson Jatto is the house drummer for The Voice UK whilst also touring with James Bay and Jessie Ware.

Samson is appearing in association with Mapex, Zildjian, Vic Firth & Remo.
